We should all prioritize our relationship with ourselves above all others. My mission in life is to assist others in developing the resilience to face and overcome adversity, whether that be in the form of relationship problems, trauma, anxiety, depression, or parenting difficulties. Many of the people I work with are cycle breakers who have carried the weight of chronic depression, anxiety, or complex PTSD—often rooted in childhood trauma, abuse, or neglect.
