My eclectic style combines cognitive behavioral, dialectical, and client-centered therapy, allowing us to find the best fit for your unique needs. I also love incorporating insights from neuroscience to bring awareness to what is happening in your brain. Show up in whatever way makes you comfortable (virtually, wearing leggings, truly whatever!). Together, we’ll develop practical strategies to make positive changes and embrace who you are. I work with a diverse range of clients—adolescents, LGBTQIA+, differently abled, and neurodivergent individuals—because everyone deserves support. I tackle issues like ADHD, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and suicidal thoughts. I’m especially passionate about addressing power-based personal violence, including domestic and sexual violence.
