Do you often feel like you're on edge, even when nothing seems wrong? When these issues feel unmanageable, I am here to help and support you. I specialize in treating trauma, self-esteem issues, and anxiety. Not every individual experiences any of these conditions the same, so that is why I tailor the treatment to address each person in the way that is best suited for their unique needs. Through therapy, you will receive feelings of empowerment, skills to decrease and manage self deprecating thoughts, and ways to identify what body sensations might be telling you underneath the surface. I see both clients virtually and in-person.
