Life can be hard. Don't struggle alone - I'm here to help! I’ve spent over 15 years as a therapist working with young children, parents, families, and those unsure of their parenting future. My specialty is supporting parents (or potential future parents) to process their own childhood and family dynamics, to help them make the best decisions they can for their families. I’m also a mom of three myself. I love working with parents before, during, and after pregnancy, as well as using dyadic therapy for parent/child to process trauma together. I also specialize in trauma-informed therapy and LGBTQia-affirmative mental health care.
