Who were you before the world told you who you should be? My therapeutic practice supports clients committed to reclaiming their authentic selves. Sessions will explore unhelpful stories and beliefs, their influence on our thoughts and actions, and how to work through these life challenges. I offer compassionate listening and emotional support as clients strive for positive changes and build a healthier sense of self. Individuals who are in crisis (suicidal, self-harming, homicidal) or in addiction are not suitable for this intensive work.
