I have experience conducting individual and group therapy, in-office and both residential and outpatient settings with clients presenting with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, relationship and parenting issues, addiction, bipolar disorder, as well as personal growth, trauma and adjustment issues. My approach combines solution focused, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, and positive psychology. I provide a therapeutic environment with active listening, validation and empathy.
