Taking your first step to begin therapy can feel frightening, but my hope is to make that process as simple, comfortable, safe, and welcoming as possible. I understand that every person is different as are their needs. My goal is to start with where you are currently at in your life and then explore what you would like to work on in our time together. Whatever the issue is, we will collaborate on moving you in the direction you want to at your own pace. I utilize an eclectic approach of treatment modalities including solution focused, strength based, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, and supportive therapy.
