About

I work with individuals with anxiety, depression, identity issues, relationship conflicts, trauma, and addiction. My passionate and synergistic approach helps clients reflect on their physiological, emotional, behavioral, and relational patterns, which help them live and form their inner world. I collaboratively explore these patterns to create purpose and empowerment while bringing about healthier ways of relating to others, the world, and oneself. One of the greatest human pursuits is to "know thyself," I want to help everyone deepen their understanding of the beauty, mystery, and power within each person. I am enrolled at Pacifica Graduate School, pursuing an M.A./Ph.D. in Depth Psychology with a Specialization in Jungian Psychology and Archetypal Studies. I am an EMDR-certified therapist who specializes in treating PTSD and addiction. I also have training in Ego State, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP).
