I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California with 10 years of professional work experience in mental health. I have experience in helping clients with anxiety, coping with addictions, relationship issues, & family conflicts. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I come with an existentialist approach to the therapeutic room which means I am trying to help my clients find meaning in the change they seek. I believe that without finding meaning it is hard to find a direction for change.
