I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and have been practicing since 2016. I received a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and our sessions will revolve around your unique experiences, strengths, and goals. Laughter and authenticity are welcome, and I strive to create a warm environment where you can be yourself. I am trained in EMDR, a well-established and evidence-based therapeutic approach.
