I work with adults and couples who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected and are ready to make meaningful changes in their lives and relationships. I enjoy helping couples improve communication, rebuild connection, and navigate life transitions together. I’m especially passionate about supporting women in midlife who are experiencing emotional shifts related to menopause, changing roles, or feeling disconnected from themselves. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, gain clarity, and develop practical tools to feel more confident, emotionally balanced, and connected.
