Healing begins when we feel safe, seen, and supported. We all long to feel understood especially in difficult seasons. My goal is to offer a caring space where you are not left to carry life’s challenges on your own. I’m here to support individuals and couples as they heal from past hurts and navigate the changes life brings. My work focuses on helping people who are facing anxiety, depression, grief, or self-worth struggles, and guiding couples who want to strengthen or repair their connection. I also offer premarital counseling to help couples build a strong foundation for marriage. Following my Master of Arts in Counseling, I deepened my work by training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Rooted in attachment and emotional connection, EFT supports individual and couples in creating the secure, loving bonds we all long for. This approach shapes the way I show up with my clients. I'm also certified in Prepare/Enrich and Take My Hand.
