For some, one of the hardest things to do in life is ask for help. Often times, we are conditioned from a young age to believe that asking for help, especially with our mental health, is a sign of weakness in strength or character. That message, along with several other factors, lays the foundation for days, weeks, months, or years spent struggling with trauma and/or various emotional, behavioral, social, or relational issues. I will empower and encourage you at every step to make the changes you want and need. I am a supportive therapist that will collaborate with you on your journey towards healing. I provide a safe and client centered environment to explore physical, sexual, verbal, emotional, combat related, etc. trauma and other significant life and relationship issues. My clinical experience includes working with veterans, adults, and couples.
