Welcome! I am dedicated to helping adults navigate life’s difficulties with compassion and understanding. My approach is person-centered and rooted in empathy, practical support, and collaboration. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, valued, and supported. I treat anxiety and depression and have experience helping individuals through some of their most challenging moments. Many of the clients I work with are adjusting to major life changes—whether that’s grief and loss, a medical diagnosis, parenthood, aging, trauma, or other personal transitions that bring uncertainty and stress.
