Whether you are a tired parent, an anxious teen, or a college student feeling lost in the world...mental health affects us all. Often times, life starts to feel like it is swirling around us instead of us making conscious and fulfilling decisions each day. Your internal compass brought you here; it's gently nudging you to admit that things feel "off" or harder than they should at times. Creating safety and space to express your thoughts, feelings and wants without judgement is something sacred that we all can benefit from. I believe that youth and families are the root of each community and to better address our individual mental health and well-being, we must face our impact on the environments around us. I specialize in treating adolescents and families dealing with relationship challenges, mood disorders or life transitions using a trauma-informed, systems perspective.
