I’ve spent over 30 years helping people of all ages work through life’s challenges—whether it’s anxiety, grief, family struggles, or past trauma. Lately, I’ve become especially passionate about supporting those in high stress, helping professionals who carry a lot of emotional weight from their work. My goal is to offer a safe, down-to-earth space where clients feel understood, supported, and ready to move forward. My approach to therapy is grounded, flexible, and deeply client-centered.
