Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’ve been around the block before, I love working with clients who are ready to dig a little deeper and explore why things feel the way they do—so they can finally shift. I help individuals and couples (including LGBTQ+) who are navigating depression, anxiety, low self-worth, emotional reactivity, or communication struggles.
