I have a love for helping others to become more authentic, gain control over their lives, and how they're responding to their environments. I graduated from The University of Chicago in 2006. Since this time, I've become a Licensed Independent Social Worker and certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist with a history of working in mental health agencies, schools, hospitals and private practice settings in the Chicagoland area and North Iowa. I currently specialize in working with depressive disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, trauma, and different types of anxiety disorders.
