I am an experienced therapist that enjoys empowering others to reach their full potential. I have a special skill set working with adolescents and adults focused on changing their lives. I spend as much time as needed to fully assess the unique needs of every client and ensure we are targeting their goals and challenges. I use an eclectic mix of treatment modalities including Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral, and for those with a need to address trauma I utilize Dialectical Behavior, EMDR and Internal Family Systems.
