I work with people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain and are looking for a place where they can slow down and be themselves. They may be carrying anxiety, sadness, trauma, or relationship stress, and they want to feel truly heard without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. I aim to offer a supportive, collaborative space where we can make sense of what they’re experiencing at their own pace. Ultimately, they’re looking for relief, understanding, and small, meaningful changes that help life feel more manageable and authentic.
