Dr. Ned believes in supporting each individual with data driven information about themselves. The more information a person has about how they function within their environments, the more they know about who they are, and the more comprehensive their treatment will be. Dr. Ned believes that each person has unique strengths that can be fostered while simultaneously supporting areas of growth. Dr. Ned utilizes Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in individual therapy work.
