You might feel disconnected from your body, unsure how to slow down, or longing to feel more grounded, confident, and at ease in yourself. Therapy gives you space to stop carrying everything alone. It’s a supportive place to understand what’s driving your reactions and relationships, break out of outdated patterns, and build a way of relating to yourself that feels stronger and more aligned I specialize in EMDR to support clients with complex trauma, phobias, OCD-related challenges, social, performance anxiety, and single-incident traumas. EMDR has taught me to trust the brain’s natural capacity to heal. It’s meaningful to watch clients tap into their own inner resources and reprocess painful experiences.
