Whatever big feelings are coming up, you don’t have to go through them alone. I provide a safe space for voicing the hard things, breathing through them, and healing. When working one on one, I attune the client's emotional state. The anxiety/depression/grief that is showing up, for example, how can we greet it like an old friend who means well? Where is it showing up in the body? Is there a subconscious pattern being repeated? Sometimes we stay with the type of suffering that is familiar out of fear of the unknown. Let's learn to set boundaries, work through trauma, and navigate a life transition.
