Hi there, I'm Deanna, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. As an Asian American woman of immigrant parents, I am passionate about helping diverse marginalized populations, young adults, and teens because I believe these populations are often unseen and struggling with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and life transitions. Asian Americans from immigrant families hit close to home! I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am solution-focused and may address intergenerational/historical trauma if needed. I also use Dialectical Behavior Therapy techniques.
