I am currently accepting adult clients interested in individual counseling. I offer Sunday day appointments and Monday evening appointments in-person and evening virtual appointments on other days. I am a client centered therapist that embraces a holistic view of working with individuals and families and the issues that affect them. Much of my experience has been focused on helping clients navigate anxiety, depression and various life stressors or transitions. I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and empowered on their journey toward healing and growth.
