Whatever you are facing, you are more than the problems you seek to resolve. Your desire to change your experience of life is evidence of the self-care and push for growth within you. Together, we will explore your values, strengths, and what brings you joy. To the extent you choose, we will examine the challenges, difficult emotions, and patterns of behavior - formed for good reason - that are no longer working for you. I seek to provide a welcoming, supportive space where all aspects of the self can be experienced and expressed. I believe every person has within them the solutions they need to get to a better place, and my role is to ease access to this inherent wisdom. I use strategies of mindfulness and body sensation awareness to support increased self-awareness, greater ability to choose in the moment, and expanded possibilities.
