I enjoy working with individuals and couples struggling with mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders. Individuals and couples who frequent my office are struggling with grief/loss, anxiety, mood disorders, relationships, trauma, life transitions, communication, relationship struggles, and conflict. Main goals tend to be learning skills, improving personal well-being, strengthen relationships, and to better navigate life independently or together as their best version(s).
