Whether you've encountered trauma or you find yourself increasingly stressed by the many difficulties of our world, the good news is, there is hope. There are ways to experience healing and build resilience. I offer counseling from an integrated, strengths-based approach to provide treatment in a holistic way that both encourages and supports healing, growth and thriving. I have a warm, encouraging and relational style and appointments are available for adolescents and adults both in-person and online.
