Therapy should be a collaborative, healing experience. Clients find I am down to earth, funny and thoughtful. My speciality includes parental mental health and perinatal mood disorders, traumatic birth, loss, and fertility complications. Often, parenting the way you would like to is blocked by struggles to conceive, loss, emotional complications, perinatal anxiety or depression, or having a traumatic or different birth then you envisioned. I will work with you to find the compassion for yourself that you need to create the life you want to have.
