If you are here, chances are you are looking for a change. Changes can be difficult and overwhelming, often accompanied by anxiety and uncertainty, but know you are capable and strong. Most of all, you don't have to do this alone. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you have previous experience, my goal is to provide you a warm and safe place to achieve your personal goals and manage life’s stressors. I use a strengths-based approach to build somatic awareness while using evidenced-based practices, such as Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), to help you create positive changes for a more fulfilling life. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri. I work with adults, children, and adolescents healing from trauma, anxiety, and depression. Free consultations are available and I offer in-person and virtual sessions.
