Whether you’re feeling stuck personally or disconnected in your relationship, I help you understand how your story has shaped you, gently untangle patterns that no longer serve you, and build a steadier, more confident way forward. As a Licensed Counselor and Spiritual Director, I use evidence-based therapies such as EMDR, CBT, and IFS. For clients who desire it, I provide a safe space to integrate their Christian faith into the process.
