My name is Debbie Colbeck. I am dedicated to helping individuals (ages 14+) and couples navigate life’s challenges with compassion, clarity, and purpose. I offer a safe and supportive space for healing and personal growth. I have experience supporting clients through anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, OCD, PTSD, mood disorders, life transitions, relationship & parenting challenges, women’s issues, and recovery from narcissistic abuse. Each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of my clients. I believe in a collaborative, respectful therapeutic relationship where we work together toward hope, healing, & meaningful change.
