Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and I love working with others and watching their growth when people feel supported and validated. I offer low-rate therapy services in addition to accepting insurance because I truly believe mental health services should be accessible and affordable for everyone. I have 12 years’ experience providing individual and group therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families within several settings, including an eating disorder treatment center, a prison substance abuse program, a school district, and two outpatient mental health practices.
