I walk alongside you—listening without judgment, honoring your unique qualities, and helping you set meaningful goals. Together we’ll uncover the “why” behind patterns, break cycles that no longer serve you, and find steps to build on strengths, approach challenges differently, and live more fully. I offer evaluations for ADHD, anxiety patterns, Autism/ADHD in adults, and giftedness to provide clarity and strategies that support your goals.
