Working from a perspective of radical acceptance, I am looking forward to working with clients who are currently navigating challenging life transitions. I am adept at working with adolescents and young adults, primarily around issues of perfectionism, anxiety, and self-esteem. As a former Division I athlete, I have the skills and experience to work closely with clients who are currently negotiating the stressful and unique challenges associated with high level athletics, at the high school, collegiate, or professional level.
