Therapy is a very personal and important step towards creating the life you want and deserve. I take great care to make sure my interventions are both scientifically sound and best practices. I enjoy doing work with couples and use the Gottman Method to help couples work through difficult issues in their marriage. I also enjoy Individual therapy, focusing on trauma, psychological illness and self-growth. I have experience with clients suffering from chronic illness and adverse life events. Therapy is a very personal, and sometimes scary, venture to open up to a stranger and seek help. I have worked with all ages and have helped clients struggling with almost all mental health and personal life situations and problems. I have a lot of compassion and understanding of these struggles and look forward to helping you on your personal journey.
