I am passionate about counseling older teens and adults who are struggling with mental health issues including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions and life crises. I have specific interests in trauma, relationship issues, narcissistic abuse, aging and health issues. I also have a passion for those struggling with sexual identity. I desire to provide an environment of unconditional acceptance, compassion, empathy, and safety for those seeking to work through their issues in a non-judgmental setting.
