I provide individual adult therapy and work with high functioning adults from all walks of life, who have come to realize they want to make positive change in their lives. I believe the core of the work is in developing a real relationship that is built on trust, as well as genuine and authentic moments of understanding that can help push people towards the change they are looking for. I believe in the healing power of humor, the confrontation of pain, and learning to live your truth without judgment. I also strive to help people find the voice inside and learn to use it, bring to light things that have been hidden in the dark crevices of the mind. I help people find their empowerment and ultimately come to believe better about themselves.
