You may be high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally shut down, or constantly overthinking on the inside. Many of my clients are professionals or young adults in late teens or early adulthood who feel pressure to succeed, struggle with trauma-related patterns, or feel disconnected from themselves despite "doing everything right." You want relief, clarity, and a sense of internal steadiness, not just coping on the surface. I aslo provide clinical supervision for Associate ASWs, MFTs, and PCCs. Supportive, direct supervision focused on judgment, ethics, confidence, and real-world clinical work. I specialize in trauma treatment for high-functioning and emerging adults. My approach is warm, direct, and grounded. I work from a trauma-informed lens to help clients understand and regulate their nervous system, reduce anxiety and emotional overwhelm, and address past experiences that continue to shape the present.
