Have you experienced adversity in childhood or as an adult? Maybe you struggle to manage stress, or have difficulty with nightmares or sleep. Do you feel anxious, depressed, or fearful? Trauma comes in many forms — abuse, neglect, abandonment, divorce, assault, wartime experiences, accidents, or natural disasters, to name a few. I offer trauma-informed, client-centered care for people impacted by overwhelming or painful experiences. Together, we'll work to improve your quality of life by developing coping skills, processing thoughts, feelings, and experiences, and building healthy boundaries.
