We offer a warm and open therapeutic experience working with individuals, couples and adult family members who struggle with their relationships, as well as relationships with themselves. Life is not a straight line, and sometimes life transitions are difficult to navigate. Through therapy, our work with clients will allow them to find the right path for their own lives. Whether you and your partner are having difficulty navigating your relationship, or you are an individual who feels at a crossroads or stuck, Our hope is through our work together, you will gain new perspective. We also offer exploration of gender and sexuality. For relationship work with couples, I allow them a space to discuss perpetual issues whether it is intimacy, communication, recovery from infidelity. Working with individuals we explore how your patterns were formed to create change I offer gender affirming care and sexual orientation exploration. My training is in Gottman, IFS and RLT
