I specialize in working with clients who are dealing with the Trauma of Betrayal, Out of Control Sexual Behaviors, Narcissistic Abuse, Childhood Trauma and Relationship Issues. I compassionately guide my clients in understanding & changing their unhealthy thinking patterns, reframing their self-limiting, shame-based beliefs & in reprocessing the trauma held in their body. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities View 4 Photos I'm one of the first therapists nationwide to implement & facilitate Betrayal Trauma Groups using the Prodependence lens. I am a certified EMDR therapist, an IITAP Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, EFT , Brainspotting, and hypnotherapy. I also use a mind-body approach to help clients heal & reprocess trauma.
