My Passion is to provide clients with a safe environment to allow each the opportunity to embark on a journey of self-understanding, healing from traumas, and developing new coping and relational skills. I use various counseling theories based on your individual needs to empower you to achieve your own unique goals. We will work together to identify coping strategies and thoughts that have kept you "stuck" and resolve/heal issues that may have kept you from being who you were meant to be so you can Live a Happy and fulfilling life.
