I believe every client has untapped strengths. I help clients recognize these and use these strengths to overcome challenges in their lives. I utilize an eclectic approach (CBT, DBT Informed , Humanistic, Insight Oriented, Psychodynamic, Positive Psychology, NLP strategies) to meet clients where they are. My dog Charlotte, a Bishon Frise and Registered Therapy Dog, works with me. Her specialties are warming laps and giving kisses. I work with clients 12+, adolescents, young adults, adults, groups and families. I've been practicing for 35 years and feel incredibly privileged to be able to share people's private victories.
