I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, family dynamics, and life transitions. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or frustrated that things haven’t improved despite their efforts. Therapy can be a space to slow things down, gain perspective, and better understand what’s been getting in the way. My approach is warm, collaborative, and thoughtful. I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship and tailoring therapy to each client’s needs. Together, we work to strengthen insight, communication, and coping skills, while exploring patterns that may be contributing to stress or feeling stuck, at a pace that feels manageable.
