I am a licensed social worker who has been in the field for 35 years and I know that you are the expert on your own life and the direction of your treatment. I can help you create solutions that you can use now to feel better. I have a good sense of humor and can be as active as you need me to be in helping you to reach your goals - homework, accountability, worksheets - as needed. Choosing to do work on yourself is a brave thing to do and I look forward to being with you on this part of your journey. I care a great deal about how I do my work. Having been a client as well as a provider I am aware of the importance of respect, connection and the relationship between client and therapist. I primarily work with clients who struggle with grief, anxiety and depression. Coping with infertility and pregnancy loss is my specialty.
