With over 27 years of experience as a nurse, I bring a unique and compassionate perspective to mental health care—particularly in supporting the emotional challenges faced by medical professionals, first responders, children, and adolescents. My extensive background as a school nurse has equipped me with the skills to connect deeply with young clients and their families, addressing a wide range of emotional and behavioral concerns. I offer EMDR Therapy with children, adolescents, and adults (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), EMDR Sandtray, PCIT, CBT and DBT.
