There are times in all of our lives that we need someone to talk to. Counseling can be a powerful resource in dealing with past hurts, trauma's, processing important life decisions, relationships and so much more. No matter what it is, you deserve to have someone walk with you in the journey of life. It is my belief that we are made up of mind, body and spirit and that we all desire to move towards being the best version of ourselves. I have a diverse background in working with a variety of individuals dealing with a variety of issues. I see every person as an individual and believe they should be treated that way. My modalities will be fit for your specific needs. Specifically I have a passion for using EMDR to empower them to live in a new way.
