You may look like you’re functioning well on the outside, yet inside feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally stuck. Even when you understand why, your body may still react with stress, self-doubt, or shutdown. You’re not broken—your nervous system learned how to survive. I work with adults and college students seeking deeper healing, not just coping skills, and I enjoy working with men, including those new to therapy. Many clients come to me for trauma, anxiety, life or career transitions, substance use concerns, or seasons of change such as empty nesting and menopause.
