Hello! I believe that every individual wants and deserves compassionate care and a safe, nonjudgmental space so that they can feel supported, respected, and understood. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults and have experience treating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, parenting challenges, life transitions, grief/loss, trauma/PTSD, and more. I incorporate each client’s specific needs, strengths, and goals into treatment in order to customize care and determine the best treatment modality. My hope is to help people experience less mind noise, more inner peace, greater flexibility, and an expanded awareness.
